2006 On the conclusion of the year I thought I’d give an overview of the remarkably fascinating 365 days I have experienced. The year began at a lovely pace. I was playing softball and that was magnificent. I also had a great boyfriend. As I look back on it now life was grand! During the summer I was traveling with my softball team. I went to Columbus, Las Vegas, South Carolina, Jacksonville, Kentucky, and Seattle. During my trip to Las Vegas for a showcase tournament I finally got to meet my boyfriend. That trip was wonderfully enjoyable I got to see so many amazing places. School started back up which is going splendid even though it is extremely time consuming. To all the people in my TPS class and on TPS: you all are fabulous I enjoying talking with you guys! In a two week span in the beginning of December I had three humongous events in my life: 1.) I choose not to play softball. 2.) My boyfriend stopped loving me and ended our relationship. 3.) I got a job. However, I will always remember all of my teammates they are so wonderful and I had a lovely time this year traveling with them. Both of my teammates and all the ladies I used to play with are so talented and are astonishing athletes who will go very far in their career. So to them: I love you ladies so much and will never forget you all. Since Christian and I broke up I’ve been in a very depressed mood and it’s been hard to pretend to be happy. However, I’m learning from it and it showed me who my real friends are. To those friends: thank you all so much for letting me call whenever I need someone to talk with and for being there you all are marvelous. The year 2006 has been a rollercoaster. There are some situations I wish I could go back and change then no one would’ve gotten hurt, including me. Yet, I know I can’t do that, I can only learn from them. Thus, I’m looking forward to the year 2007. I know it will bring be new friends and experiences. I hope I will use the opportunity and learn from it all. Thanks for reading this. I probably just wasted your time. However, thank you anyways. Much love to all, Lydia |
